SALES STAFF – AMSTERDAM
Jason began his career with Alpin Haus in 1996 in RV Sales. Soon after, he took over parts and service at our Saratoga location, and started the parts and service operation in Clifton Park. He became the Amsterdam RV Sales Manager in Amsterdam in 2003.
A lover of all things active, Jason is a retired professional bull rider, avid golfer, and skier. He has completed the Warrior Dash, has recently taken up cycling, and coaches his kid’s baseball teams. During the summer, he and his family like to visit their favorite campgrounds, Moffit Beach and North Hampton, in their Class C motorhome.
Jason has a great sense of humor, and a love of dolphins…the Miami Dolphins.
Ryan has been involved with Alpin Haus and the RV world his entire life. A graduate of Siena College and a certified CPA, Ryan makes the most organized Excel spreadsheets we’ve ever seen.
Outside of the office, Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife, Colleen, skiing, mountain biking, camping, and spending time at the lake. After a long day enjoying the outdoors, he comes home to 2 cats and a Golden Retriever.

DAN TABERRV Sales Manager
When Dan isn’t helping customers find their perfect RV to enjoy the great outdoors, he can be found traveling, hiking, and camping in the Adirondacks, or spending time with his family and friends.
Dan is a graduate of Siena College with a Bachelors in Marketing and Management.
Vicki has been in finance for over 20 years and is a licensed Insurance Broker and Notary, and holds a Bachelor of Science from the College of Saint Rose with a concentration in math.
When she isn’t head down in the financing of your new or used RV, she can be found traveling, trying new adventures, and enjoying the outdoors with her three boys.

JAMES BEARCROFTBusiness Manager
James Bearcroft, or simply Bearcroft as he’s affectionately known in the office, is one of our stellar business managers who will help with getting you out the door with the RV of your dreams.
Outside the office, James enjoys camping in the warmer months and riding his snowmobile in the winter with his wife and daughter. He also competes with his neighbors the have the best lawn on the street.

KYLE SMITHBusiness Manager
Outside of work, you can find Kyle spending time with his wife, Nicole, and their two sons, Hudson and Wyatt. He enjoys camping, hiking, and is a competitive powerlifter. He also enjoys car and truck shows as well as working on his own truck.
Having spent ten years in auto-retail, Kyle considers himself a real people person and enjoys helping customers. He also attended Springfield College where he majored in Business Management.
TANYA BALLRV Outfitter
An area native, Tanya graduated from FMCC with her AA, Suny Albany with her BA, and the College of Saint Rose with a Master's of Science Degree in 1998. She then Completed a Certificate of Advanced Studies in 2005. Her career path has always involved helping others achieve their goals while providing impeccable customer service. When Tanya is not helping families enjoy the great outdoors, she can be found gardening, hiking, fishing, canoeing, camping, and spending time with her two daughters, AnnaBella and Alexandra.

NICK BISHOPRV Outfitter
Originally from the Midwest, Nick joined the Air Force at 21 where he was a C-130 mechanic. After leaving the military he became the Lead Saucier Chef at Walt Disney World's Swan and Dolphin. He then became a Banquet Chef at the Ritz Carlton, Bachelor Gulch in Vail Colorado and later became the Executive Chef of a fine dining restaurant outside of downtown Denver. Since moving to Upstate New York he has fallen in love with the Adirondacks and has a newfound passion in woodworking and furniture building.
DAVE BULMERRV Outfitter
Dave Bulmer started working for Alpin Haus in 2014. Dave spent many years working in the Ski and Resort industries including time spent in Chile teaching and coaching skiing. When not here at Alpin Haus, you can usually find Dave outside exploring the Adirondacks and New England. Dave’s love of the outdoors and traveling is a natural fit with our RV department.
GREG CLARKRV Outfitter
Greg is a life-long camper and lover of the great outdoors. He also enjoys hiking, fishing and golf. He loves to spend time with his children while continuing their family tradition of the RV and camping lifestyle.

HEATHER KOWALCZYKRV Outfitter
Heather’s life has taken her down many career paths. She finished her Bachelor’s Degree at SUNY POLY in Utica in 2015 and shortly after she was blessed to become a mother. About nine months later she was recommended to a local sales position and this was when she fell in love with sales. Her standards for customer service are exceptional; this, blended with her ability to communicate with people has allowed her to excel in the sales world.
Her love for the outdoors started early on, including playing soccer for 14 years which gave her an opportunity to become the first girl at Tompkins Cortland Community College to receive the All-American Award in any sport. Among other outdoor activities she enjoys golfing, fishing, hunting, kayaking and camping. Her family and friends are her inspirations and art is her passion.
JAIME NOBLERV Outfitter
Jaimie is originally from Plattsburgh and has lived in the area since 2003. She loves to read, dance, sing, and embarrass her daughter, Lauren, with "mom jokes". She is known outside of work as Buffalo Bills Superfan, Lady Bills and is President of Shout For a Cause Inc. Superfan Charity.

Steve began his RV Outfitter career with Alpin Haus in 2001. He brought business management experience and great customer service skills into the RV buying experience and his customers love his care, his concern for their RV needs and his personal followup with them. Steve and his wife Hilda grew up in Amsterdam, N.Y. then relocated to Broadalbin where they raised their children that attended Broadalbin-Perth schools.
When Steve is not hard at work he enjoys great restaurants, a relaxing day fishing and the special times having fun with his family and creating great memories.

Bob started working for Alpin Haus in 1985. He enjoys hunting, fishing, skiing, traveling and spending time with his family. Being an RV outfitter allows Bob to sell fun while having fun!

Don ibrings with him a vast array of customer service attributes. He will strive to be fair, convenient and honest with anyone he has the pleasure of helping outfit their RV.
Don remembers going camping in his families tag-a-long as a child. Now he passes along this family tradition to his young boys, RJ and Matthew. Don enjoys golfing, bowling and being a part of the Marc Johnson 3J dirt modified race team.

Charles joined the Alpin Haus team in 2017. His career in retail and hospitality management has given him valuable customer service experience. Outside of work, Charles enjoys mountain biking, camping, hunting and fishing. His personal love for the outdoors and desire to help others make working at Alpin Haus a great fit!

A published author who enjoys spending time with her family outdoors, Novalie is sure to help you find the right RV Rental for your next family trip!
She likes to read and write, garden, go hiking, camping, and fishing with her family. She feels blessed to be able to spend time with her family (maybe with some ice cream!) and be able to watch the wildlife, along with a stray cat or two, pass through her property on the weekends when they’re enjoying their time together.
CJ is happy to be the first person to welcome you to Alpin Haus RV of Amsterdam! She greets everyone with a warm and friendly smile and truly enjoys interacting with staff and customers. On her days off CJ enjoys antiquing, crafting, and repurposing furniture. She also loves camping with her husband and two sons.

Mary has been involved in title work for over 20 years along with being a notary. She loves spending time with her husband, two daughters, and five grandchildren. She enjoys reading and takes a yearly trip to Tennessee. Her family owns a few classic cars and loves to attend car shows. One of her favorites to drive is a '56 Fairlane!
OLIVER "OLLIE" HECKChief Barketing Officer
Ollie has been involved with Alpin Haus as long as he can remember. Oliver was born July 3, 2020 and was eager to join the Alpin Haus family as soon as possible. His favorite part of working at Alpin Haus is the amount of belly rubs he receives on a daily basis and of course seeing all the customers that come in. Outside of work, Ollie enjoys spending time with his family as well as taking long walks and even longer naps.

Jonathan started working for Alpin Haus in 2006. He enjoys working with great people and selling fun! Jonathan likes to watch the Buffalo Bills in his free time.

DREW TINGERRV Sales Manager
Drew Tinger started working with the Alpin Haus team in March of 2018. Drew has been lucky enough to work in the RV and Boat industry for over 13 years. When he is not at Alpin Haus, he enjoys hiking, boating, running and enjoying the outdoors with his wife. He also enjoys historic areas and searching for new and interesting restaurants in the area. Drew is committed to excellent Customer Service and takes pride in giving his customers the best experience possible.
JOSHUA VANNESSBusiness Manager
Josh is a former Culinary School Graduate who now enjoys putting his skills to use for friends and family. He is also an enthusiastic outdoorsman, who spends his time hiking, fishing and kayaking.
Josh loves his job because he gets to help families make memories through camping and traveling!

Scott has worked at Alpin Haus since 1999. He has worked in many different departments including RVs, boats and snowmobiles. He enjoys camping with his wife and three children especially at Sunset Bay Campground and Marina on the Great Sacandaga Lake. He also loves to golf, watch super cross, listening to audiobooks and most importantly spending time with his family. Scott takes pride in helping his customers purchase a camper that will fulfill their needs for many years to come.

Bill started working for Alpin Haus in 2001 as a Sales Manager. Bill fell in love with camping as a Boy Scout and has been camping ever since. A graduate from SUNY Oswego, and Alpin Haus Rookie of the Year in 2018, Brian strives to have the best lawn in his neighborhood.
On the weekends he loves cooking up some BBQ, setting up a nice bonfire, and spending time with his son Tripp and daughter Tessa.
GEOFFREY SMITHRV Outfitter
2011. Geoff has a background in Sales Management.
Together his passion for serving people and his love of weekend camping brought him to his current outfitter position.
As a seasonal camper, Geoff enjoys hitting Adirondack Gateway Campground for weekends of fun and activities with his wife Heather, his son Matthew and their dog, Lily. Campfires, cookouts, and roasting starburst are his favorite part. Geoff and his family are huge St. Louis Cardinals fans.

Keith enjoys being outdoors year-round for fly fishing, skiing, and hiking. He also enjoys going to auto races and has restored numerous cars and trucks on the weekends.
Keith holds a degree in Business Administration and Drafting+Design, with a certificate in Marketing. Previously Keith was Sales Manager of the Year with various automotive dealerships, and was Business Manager of the Year with Alpin Haus.
His favorite movies include My Cousin Vinny, A Christmas Story, Animal House, and Midnight Run.

Mark joined the Alpin Haus team in 2015. He enjoys fishing, hunting, kayaking, motorcycles and building his own fishing rods.
