Cancellations made 31 days or more, prior to the rental start date will have a cancellation fee of $200 and the balance of the down payment will be refunded.

If you cancel less than 30 days prior to the rental start date, half of the initial down payment will be forfeited

We supply sewer connections, a hose for the city water connection, holding tank sanitation chemicals, 2 rolls of toilet paper and an adapter from a 30 amp connection to a 15 amp connection.

A 7 pin connection, a capable vehicle, 2 inch receiver, brake controller, and a hitch package are all thats needed to tow (see inside front cover for pricing details).The rental of the RV does not come with any of those accessories.

We recommend reserving your Alpin Haus rental at your earliest convenience to ensure we have availability during your desired rental time period.

Our prices always include insurance, a full tank of propane for appliances, cleaning dumping tanks, and a demo of how to use the RV before you rent it. If you choose to rent a motorized RV you may incur additional charges for mileage. You will also need to pay sales tax on the total rental charges.

To reserve your rental, a $400 deposit will be collected at the scheduled booking. This deposit is applied to your total bill. At pickup, a security deposit of $1000 (travel trailer) or $1500 (motorhome) will be collected. This security deposit is returned to you as long as the RV returns
to Alpin Haus clean, undamaged, and all terms and conditions are followed.

We offer delivery to most local locations with the exception of State Campgrounds. Prices vary based on distance of delivery. We only deliver travel trailers. Please call for a price quote.
